Taya's Yoga classes are practiced in a non-competitive and supportive environment. You will be challenged to get out of your comfort but also encouraged to move your body in ways that feel right.

No prior yoga experience is required. The purpose of each class is personal growth so there is an emphasis on individual experience rather than comparison with others.
